Bailey-Quick Law, PLLC offers special criminal retainer rates – contact our office for rates. If the matter proceeds to trial an additional trial retainer is required and discussed between Miranda J. Bailey-Quick and the client. An additional fee may be required for conducting a preliminary examination in felony matters. Miranda J. Bailey-Quick believes all criminal defendants should be treated with respect and be provided an aggressive defense, for a reasonable rate.
